However, we collect analytics information (e.g. unique user IP address, average time spent, etc). We use this information to continually improve the convenience and functionality of our Website.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, when you provide personal information on the Website, you agree to share that information with Wisetail and its subsidiary companies. By using our Website, you explicitly consent to transferring the data provided to Wisetail servers located in the United States. When Wisetail requests personal information, the company will explain how it will be used.

Our third-party partners employ clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), images, and scripts that help them better manage content on our site. We do not tie the information gathered to our customers’ or Users’ personal information.

5. Information Related to Data Collected through the Learning Management System

Wisetail collects information under the direction of its clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

We collect information for our clients. If you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with/work for/have worked for directly.

We may transfer personal information to subcontractor companies that help us provide our services. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice, and the service agreements with our clients.

Wisetail acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the Wisetail client (their employer or access granter, aka the data controller). If the client requests us to update the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you wish to subscribe to our email(s), we will use your name and email address to send the email to you. 6. Links to Other Sites

Our Website or Platform may include links to the sites of our business partners, vendors, and advertisers. Wisetail is not responsible for the content, or the privacy practices employed by such third parties. 8. Access/Choice

Upon request, Wisetail will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, you may update it under Edit Profile from within your account or by emailing us at security.office@wisetailstage.wpengine.com or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us by emailing security.office@wisetailstage.wpengine.com.  We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We will respond to your request for access within 30 business days.

9. Emailing

Our Platform also enables you to send email to a third party containing a hyperlink to one of the site’s web pages. By using this feature, you explicitly agree to obtain permission to send such email. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify Wisetail to claims from the third party with respect to this feature.

10. Refer a Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name, email address, address, and phone number. We will automatically send your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Your friend may contact us at security.office@wisetailstage.wpengine.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

11. Social Media Widgets

Our Platform may include Social Media Widgets, such as a Share button, Chat or interactive mini programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set up a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Wisetail does not knowingly solicit information from children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children.
